Tie-Rot
Even if they are unforgivable elements in providing required connection between panels at both sides of curtain-column and beams forms they take place at various applications according to requirements of froms and the desire of user. Due to its special structure with worm screw wringing and to dismantling operations are very quick. The are less disturbed than environmental contamination such as cement grout in comparison with Standard tie-rots. They are easy to care and have longer lifetime. They are manufactured at tensile strengths of 12 ton and 15 ton.
Tie-Rot With Nut
It is made of spheroidized cast iron. It is easy and safe to use. Mostly it does not require even a key for fitting and dismantling. Owing to its special design a proper size hammer or steel bar will be enough fort his purpose.
Tie-Rot With Nut Plate
It is made of steel plate. It increases pressing power of nut by dispersing. It has special nut / nail bores serving to fix it on the form, when desired, after taking the tie-rot apart when dismantling the form.
The Clip (Clip To Bind The Form)
Water Stop
At sub-aqueous works special type tie-rot is fitted to two extremities of water-stop element and supporting of form is thus ensured. There is a protective pipe around tie-rots in the form. After pouring the concrete tie-rots are taken apart, the remaining empty volumes are filled with special mortar. It imade of spheroidized cast iron. It is solid material with full interior and its exterior are grooved or flanged.
Mackerel Lock
In case that iron bar is used to fix curtain, column and beam forms mutually instead of tie-rot it is attached to both ends of the bar and prevents the form from opening. It holds the iron bar fşrmly through its serrated spring latch.
Wedged Tie-Rot Lock (Mackerel-Cast)
In case that iron bar is used to fix curtain, column and beams forms mutually istead of tie-rot it is attached to both ends of the bar and its wedge is nailed thus fixing the iron bar is ensured. It is made spheroidized cast iron. May be used for a long time.
Mackerel Squeezing Tool
It is connection element of squeezing mackerel lock by attaching to both ends of the bar and thus preventing the opening of form, in case that iron bar is used to fix curtain, column and beam forms mutually instead of tie-rot.
